Investment description
The Company was established from the merger of the pre-existing vehicle Trixia S.r.l., owner of an area intended mainly for services, and Società Imm.re Prizia S.r.l., owner of an area intended mainly for residential use. The entire portfolio, now combined under Trixia, derives from the Edilnord Group.
Focus Investments SpA is a partner with a 36% stake in the investment.

The apartment blocks form part of a larger mixed use (services-residential) area to the east of Milan.
The complex has five apartment blocks, which are served by a communal Sporting Club and have an array of shops nearby.

Pioltello area
The area is located in the Municipality of Pioltello, bordering the residential area known as Milano S. Felice
Only a minimum part of the permitted volumes have been used to date to build the new 3M Italia headquarters (around 11,000 m2 out of the 82,000 m2 permitted).
A town planning amendment was recently passed and now 60% of the space allotted for services can instead be used for residential purposes, provided that the related agreement is signed within November 2015.
