Area description
The land is in Ronchi, a village in the municipality of Massa along the Tyrrhenian coast.
The regular-shaped plot has a surface area of 47,681 m2 and borders a WWF-protected pine forest, which is located at the back of the beach area.
It is only a short distance from the urban area of the village.
