The investments disposed of/monetised over the last few years, as well as the residual investments in the portfolio, are extremely complex in view of:
- the frequent need for incisive asset management/development management activities to resolve asset-related problems and/or to identify value enhancement opportunities;
- the complexity of the investment structures, which require thorough analysis and execution in both the investment management/value enhancing/monetising phase and the investment unwinding/liquidation phase;
